Planning Your Visit

Consultations typically require ninety minutes. We recommend scheduling during weekday afternoons when our full team is present and can discuss different aspects of your commission.

Bring room measurements, photographs of your space, and examples of furniture styles you appreciate. We'll have wood samples, finish options, and current projects available for examination.

Getting Here

By Car

From Interlaken, follow Route 8 south toward Wilderswil. Turn left onto Werkstrasse after passing the railway station. Our workshop is the third building on the right, identifiable by the timber storage shed visible from the road.

Parking is available directly in front of our facility.

By Train

Take the regional train from Interlaken Ost station toward Lauterbrunnen. Exit at Wilderswil station (second stop, approximately six minutes).

Our workshop is a twelve-minute walk from the station. Exit onto Hauptstrasse, turn right, then left onto Werkstrasse. We're happy to arrange pickup if you're transporting samples or have mobility considerations.

Common Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Our workshop operates on a consultation schedule to ensure each visitor receives proper attention. Walk-ins may find us occupied with production work and unable to provide adequate time for discussion.

Can I see pieces before commissioning?

Our workshop always has current commissions in various production stages. You'll see joinery techniques, finish applications, and wood selection during your visit. We maintain a small showroom with completed sample pieces demonstrating different styles and construction methods.

What should I bring to a consultation?

Room dimensions, photographs showing existing furniture and lighting, and any fabric or color samples you want us to consider when selecting wood and finishes. If you're replacing existing furniture, measurements of those pieces help us understand your spatial requirements.

How does pricing work?

Listed prices represent base configurations. Final cost depends on dimensions, wood species, finish complexity, and hardware specifications. We provide detailed quotes after initial consultation once we understand your complete requirements.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms require 40% deposit when approving final designs, 40% at production midpoint, and final 20% upon delivery. Custom arrangements can be discussed for larger commissions.
